  4. Is doran is mn adrak or green mirch b add karein. Jab qeema pura bhun jaey achi c rungat ajaey to is mn alu ki katliyan add karein.
  5. Inhn 4 minut ke liey masaly mn bhoonen. Phir 1 glass water add karein. Or dheemi aanch py katliyan galny tak pkaen.
  6. Jab gal jaey to End mn is mn pisa gram masala or dhaniya dal dein. Mazedar khushbudar alu qeema ready hy.
  7. Serving bowl mn nikal ke dish out karein. Chapati ya parathy ke sath serve karein. Jazak-Allah☺.
