  4. Now in another wok spread half of boiled rice on base..
  5. Then layer of minced beef on it..
  6. Again layer of boiled rice. Add food color and kewra water, green chilli sliced. Mint leaves and sliced lemon..
  7. On the flame close the lid and dum for 5mins. After this off the flame mix the rice up side down. And serve it with raita..
