- Wash minced beef with water..
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onion until golden brown..
- Add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste and mixed it well..
- Now add minced init fry it on medium flame..
- Add all spices and potato cubes. Mixed it well let it cook in it's own water. Cover it for 10 to 15 minutes on low flame..
- When the potatoes become tender and oil released off the flame and garnish it with green chilli sliced..
Keema aloo is a happy coming together of mutton or lamb mince, cubed potatoes and of course onions and tomatoes. Made in the instant pot or stovetop, it is a one-pot dish that's easy to make.
